Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We currently offer the following shipping options:
Standard Shipping (10-15 Business Days): Available for all orders within the United States.
Expedited Shipping (5-7 Business Days): Available at checkout for faster delivery.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary based on your location and external factors such as weather or carrier delays.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. We occasionally offer free shipping promotions - sign up for our email list to be notified!
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package's progress. You can also log into your account to view your order status and tracking information.

We currently ship to addresses within the United States.
Delivery Issues
Lost or Stolen Packages: If your tracking shows the package was delivered but you haven't received it, please check with neighbors or your building management. Contact us at support@truviah.com and we'll work with you to resolve the issue.
Damaged Packages: If your package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We'll send a replacement right away.
Incorrect Address: Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We cannot be responsible for packages shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
