At TRUVIAH, your satisfaction is our priority. We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you're not satisfied for any reason, we're here to help.

30-Day Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date you receive your order. To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received them
  • In the original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact us at support@truviah.com with:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you wish to return
  • Reason for return (this helps us improve!)

We'll provide you with return instructions and a return authorization if applicable.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different product or concentration, please contact us at support@truviah.com. We'll help you process the exchange quickly.

Return Shipping Costs

Defective or Damaged Items: We'll cover return shipping costs and send a replacement at no charge.

Change of Mind: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened or used products (unless defective)
  • Items not in original packaging
  • Products purchased from unauthorized retailers

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at support@truviah.com with:

  • Photos of the damaged/defective item
  • Your order number
  • Description of the issue

We'll send a replacement right away at no additional cost.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund after 10 business days, please:

  • Check your bank account again
  • Contact your credit card company (it may take time for the refund to post)
  • Contact your bank (processing times vary)
  • If you've done all of this and still haven't received your refund, contact us at support@truviah.com
